| The name "Zen" is not the Buddhism term "zen(禅)". Same pronunciation, but it means a individual small dinning table or a dining tray with legs, "zen(膳)". Zen Japanese Restaurant in Subiaco is the evolution. Introducing Japanese dishes in traditional Japanese style with an Australian essence.
